Our membership subscription is $79 per month and includes:

Depending on your insurance plan, the monthly subscription fee may be reimbursable. We’ll ask for insurance information after you create your account and confirm your coverage. You also have the option to pay for your membership with an FSA/HSA card. Learn more in the section included below.

Our Medications

Your Mochi Health provider may prescribe medications after your first visit based on your unique goals and health history.  Medications are not included in your monthly membership and will be billed separately.

If you do not have insurance coverage, you can pay out of pocket for our affordable compounded medication options. We offer Semaglutide at $99/month at any dose and Tirzepatide at $275/month at any dose.
